Introduction to the Science of Happiness
For whom:
Everyone from 16 years old
Course aim:
17 hours to develop one’s self-fulfilment through the techniques of happiness sciences such as positive psychology and mindfulness.
Objectives :
- To understand the field of application of the sciences of happiness
- Define what happiness is and discuss the main theories of positive psychology, including the SPIRE and PERMA models
- Identify your strengths and talents and define how to use them in your daily life and projects
- Experience mindfulness and understand why it is central to the science of happiness
- Learn how to put new habits into your life in order to develop happiness and become more resilient
Description:
Theoretical input (course material), tests, individual, bilateral and group reflections, practical exercises, detailed bibliography.
