Lego Serious Play

Catherine Gillet and Philippe Georgy are certified in the Lego Serious Play (LSP) method, a creative approach born in 1996 thanks to MIT, IMD, and Lego. More than a game, it is a powerful tool for thinking, communication, and collective problem-solving. LSP engages all team members by “thinking with their hands” to broaden possibilities. The method follows 6 key steps, from defining the objective to developing an action plan. We use it to strengthen team cohesion, support change, coach, and lead appreciative processes.
