This method boosts collective intelligence and streamlines group discussions. Five chairs are placed in the center, surrounded by concentric circles of spectators. One person initiates the discussion, joined by three other participants, while one chair always remains free to welcome new voices. As soon as a fifth person sits down, a participant must vacate their seat, thus ensuring a constant renewal of perspectives. Participants can return to the center after leaving. Discussions ideally last 30 to 45 minutes, followed by a summary and decision-making. This method is regularly used with our teams to enrich exchanges.
