Training for executives and leaders to develop authentic leadership, focused on strengths and talents. It enables the creation of motivated, sustainable, and thriving teams through a 3-step approach: assessment, intensive training, and personalized coaching.
Course Objective
- Identify one’s strengths and talents through a preliminary assessment
- Define what positive leadership is
- Dare to be authentic and vulnerable to develop one’s own style and find personal balance
- Understand and integrate how to build thriving, motivated teams without the risk of burnout
- Fulfill one’s role by fostering quality interpersonal relationships, meaningful activities, and the development of potential
- Perform one’s role with the aim of developing sustainable and meaningful organizations
- Define a concrete action plan to change one’s habits and implement new learnings

For executives and leaders, all individuals with management responsibilities
Detailed Description
This program is unique in its approach. It is structured in three successive phases.
Phase 1: assessment, half-day
The first aims to provide clarity to participants regarding their qualities through a preliminary assessment center. This assessment not only helps create team dynamics but also clarifies the characteristics of each individual.
Phase 2: courses, 3 days
- Day 1: definitions and general theories on management and leadership; role of the leader; authenticity/vulnerability, interpersonal connection and trust; positive communication and inclusion
- Day 2 : building meaning, developing an organizational culture based on strong values; motivations and Reiss profile
- Day 3: positive change management using appreciative inquiry; defining my project and action plan
Phase 3: individual coaching, 6 hours
The third and final phase offers individual coaching to provide the opportunity to transfer learnings and implement decided actions.
