Forum Theatre

It is an interactive theatre method used in businesses to address concrete professional situations. Actors perform scenes illustrating common workplace issues (conflicts, difficult communication, discrimination, etc.). Participants, referred to as 'spect-actors,' can interrupt the scene, step onto the stage, and propose and test their own solutions. This method fosters awareness, dialogue, creativity, and stimulates collective change. It helps to open minds, strengthen team cohesion, and energize actions when facing challenges.
