We believe that every individual possesses the solutions and resources to resolve their conflicts. We create a dialogue space conducive to welcoming all parties, facilitate exchanges using Nonviolent Communication (NVC) tools, and foster consensus on the next steps.

We facilitate dialogue by integrating a positive psychology process (Appreciative Inquiry) into traditional resolution, structured in six steps: "define, discover, become, dream, decide, deploy." This approach allows people to unite around what works and common projects, avoiding focus on what isn't working and mutual recriminations.

Our unique approach leverages successes, strengths, and talents to transform conflicts, moving away from classical methods.

Our mediation and conflict management services are designed for both private individuals (couples, families, friends, or others) and professional situations (between two individuals or systemic at a team level).
