Work is an important part of our lives. Being able to find fulfillment in it is part of the equation for our overall balance. The term “work-life balance” itself includes “work.” Being fulfilled only outside of work is not sufficient for our complete well-being. During this two-day training, we will guide participants in building a meaningful professional project and provide the specific tools to implement it successfully.

This course is structured progressively, connecting personal aspects (meaning), technical aspects (CV, cover letter, and internet), and interpersonal aspects (presentation, interviews)

• Day 1: define your career plan, create your new resume, and draft your cover letters/emails
• Day 2: job search techniques (social media, internet, direct approach), prepare your pitch, and communication techniques
