Discover a new dimension of Mindfulness, at the heart of human relationships!

The IMP ( Interpersonal Mindfulness Program), or Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP), is an 8-week training inviting participants to explore interpersonal suffering and access the potential for freedom within the context of a relational meditation practice. Choosing to follow this program is an expression of your dedication to self-exploration and the exploration of others, to develop attention and authenticity in human interactions, moving from meditative solitude towards daily life in society.

This cycle is an advanced program building upon mindfulness programs such as MBSR, MBCT. It is intended for individuals who already have a meditative practice, or a minimum of 6 days of NVC, and wish to deepen the integration of mindfulness into their family, friendly, or professional relationships.

Description

Based on Conscious Dialogue, an innovative and structured interpersonal meditation practice of Conscious Dialogue (Insight Dialogue) developed by Gregory Kramer, PhD. The program encourages the exploration of interpersonal stress by cultivating awareness, mental stability, and calm associated with formal silent meditation and by integrating these qualities directly into our relationships with others.

It is based on six guidelines (pauses, relaxation, openness, trust in emergence, deep listening, speaking truthfully) to transform the way we relate to others.
