It is structured in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">three successive phases<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Phase 1:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> assessment, half-day<\/strong><br \/>\nThe first aims to provide clarity to participants regarding their qualities through a preliminary assessment center.
