This assessment not only helps create team dynamics but also clarifies the characteristics of each individual.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Phase 2: courses, 3 days<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Day 1:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> definitions and general theories on management and leadership; role of the leader; authenticity\/vulnerability, interpersonal connection and trust; positive communication and inclusion <\/span> <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Day 2 <\/strong>: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">building meaning, developing an organizational culture based on strong values;
