Implementing Mindfulness in your Life with the MBSR Cycle (Online Version)

An internationally recognized 8-week program to better manage stress, emotions, and chronic pain. Alternating guided practices, discussions, and a day of silence, it helps cultivate presence and serenity in daily life.
Course Objective
Mindfulness practice encourages us to put our emotions into perspective, to embrace anger or sadness without denying them, to regain mastery over our lives, and to learn, through mindfulness, to take back control of our lives.
Beyond specific applications such as anxiety, stress, rumination, difficulties managing emotions, chronic pain, burnout prevention, sleep disorders, or distress related to chronic illness (tinnitus, psoriasis, cancer), mindfulness is for all individuals who wish to take better care of themselves and regain life or emotional stability.
Who is this Training Intended for?
Open to all individuals aged 16 and over, wishing to better manage stress, emotions, and chronic pain.
Description
This program runs for 8 weeks, with the same group.
It is structured around 9 sessions, including 8 weekly sessions of 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours, and a practical integration day (7 hours) organized on a Sunday. This MBSR program requires commitment between sessions from the participant, who establishes a regular mindfulness meditation practice. It is not a relaxation program, although that may be one of the benefits of meditation, but a valuable and genuine learning experience for navigating the turmoil of the human condition, a true work on the mind and how it stresses and causes us suffering.
